Colorado Peptide care questions

What will the full bill include?

The headline fee looks manageable. Before paying, ask for a written total that follows the plan beyond its opening offer.

Read a quote as separate charges

Ask for a quote covering the assessment, any ongoing membership, the medicine, tests, result reviews and follow-up. Mark what is included and what is billed separately. Ask about delivery charges, repeat visits, cancellation and refunds.

A published list price, a cash offer and an insurance copay describe different ways of pricing the same product. Each comes with its own conditions.

Read an introductory price through to the next fill

The September 26, 2026 cash offer for semaglutide (Ozempic pen) priced the opening two monthly fills at $199 apiece. It was for new, eligible adult patients in the US paying outside insurance.

Strength means how much active medicine a product contains.

The introductory terms cover only the lowest starting strengths and run through December 31, 2026. After those first two monthly supplies, the price was $349 or $499 per month, depending on the prescribed strength.

In that offer, after the two opening supplies, 2 mg cost $499 monthly; 1 mg cost $349 monthly, as did 0.5 mg and 0.25 mg. These are price terms, not instructions for how much medicine to take.

The cash terms do not let you ask your insurer to pay you back. What you spend on this offer also adds nothing to your deductible, which is what you must pay before insurance benefits start.

Ask for the cost at the strength actually prescribed and for the month after any promotion ends. Keep the membership fee beside the medicine fee when comparing totals.
